This recipe was given to us by a dear sister from the food pantry we volunteer at each Preparation day. She sent us home with a sample to try (yummy!) with the recipe attached. What a great way to share healthy foods and recipes that help introduce others to vegan non-baking!
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Peanut butter
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Chia seeds
- 1/2 Cup Flax seeds
- 2 Cup Granola (variety of your choice) or Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Carob chips
- 1/4 Cup Roasted coconut
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- When ingredients are well combined roll into tablespoon size balls.
- Then chill in refrigerator (or winter freezer) for about 20 minutes.
- Then enjoy your yummy vegan energy balls.
