
Ingredients
- 3 (14-16 oz) Packages Tofu
- 1/8 – 1/4 Cup Basil
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Liquid Aminos
- 1/2 Cup Nutritional Yeast
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
- Ground Cayenne Pepper to Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika (Hungarian or regular)
- 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Tumeric
- 2 Teaspoons Celery Salt
- 1 13.5 oz Can Organic Black Beans
- Optional Ingredients: Beans, Frozen potatoes or hash browns, Corn, Onions, Olives, Diced Tomatoes, Spinach, etc.
Directions
- Drain and rinse tofu and place in mixing bowl
- Mash or mix until in crumble form
- Add all other ingredients and mix until well combined
- Mix in any optional ingredients
- Fry over medium-high heat in a skillet until warm throughout and most of moisture is out of tofu
Notes
To turn this scramble into a Breakfast Burrito, simply place a couple spoonfuls in an organic wrap or homemade tortilla and top with salsa, avocado, or other yummy topping.
