Ingredients

  • 3 (14-16 oz) Packages Tofu
  • 1/8 – 1/4 Cup Basil
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Liquid Aminos
  • 1/2 Cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
  • Ground Cayenne Pepper to Taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika (Hungarian or regular)
  • 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Tumeric
  • 2 Teaspoons Celery Salt
  • 1 13.5 oz Can Organic Black Beans
    • Optional Ingredients: Beans, Frozen potatoes or hash browns, Corn, Onions, Olives, Diced Tomatoes, Spinach, etc.

Directions

  1. Drain and rinse tofu and place in mixing bowl
  2. Mash or mix until in crumble form
  3. Add all other ingredients and mix until well combined
  4. Mix in any optional ingredients
  5. Fry over medium-high heat in a skillet until warm throughout and most of moisture is out of tofu

Notes

To turn this scramble into a Breakfast Burrito, simply place a couple spoonfuls in an organic wrap or homemade tortilla and top with salsa, avocado, or other yummy topping.
