Ingredients
- Breaded Vegan Chikn Patties (6-8)
- 2 lbs. Pasta of choice
- Boiling Water for Pasta
- 2 Jars Pasta Sauce of choice
- Cashew Cheese
Directions
- Bring water to boil in a large stockpot
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Add half a jar of pasta sauce to the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish or lasagna pan
- Place frozen chikn patties on sauce in baking dish
- Place a spoonful of sauce onto each patty
- Dollop cashew cheese onto each patty
- Place a small amount of sauce to top of each patty
- Once water comes to a boil and pasta and cook for 8-12 minutes, depending on type of pasta chosen and desired tenderness
- When oven has preheated, add baking dish and cook uncovered for 18-20 minutes
- Drain pasta and add back to pot to toss with oil and salt, a splash of lemon juice, or vegan butter (optional)
- Add pasta to plate and then place a patty on top and a spoonful of sauce
