  1. Spread a light layer of butter on outer sides of bread slices
  2. Preheat griddle to 350 F (or heat pan on medium heat)
  3. Add half of bread butter-side down on the griddle
  4. Spread cashew cheese on non-buttered side of bread on griddle
  5. Top cheese with remaining bread slices (butter-side up)
  6. Cook ~3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown or desired color
