
Ingredients
- Loaf of Sliced Sandwich Bread of choice
- Vegan Butter
- Cashew Cheese
Directions
- Spread a light layer of butter on outer sides of bread slices
- Preheat griddle to 350 F (or heat pan on medium heat)
- Add half of bread butter-side down on the griddle
- Spread cashew cheese on non-buttered side of bread on griddle
- Top cheese with remaining bread slices (butter-side up)
- Cook ~3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown or desired color
