Here is how you can turn a plain bagel into an everything bagel sandwich. A healthy breakfast sandwich to help you start the day right.

Ingredients

  • Bagels (Everything preferred, but any kind will do)
  • Vegan Butter
  • Vegan Sausage Patties
  • 1 Large Avocado, sliced thin
  • 1 Large Tomato, sliced thin
  • Garlic Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat griddle to 350 F or heat pan on medium-high with a thin coat of healthy oil (organic palm oil or avocado preferably)
  2. If necessary, shape vegan sausage into even circular patties to fit bagels and cook for approximately 5-7 minutes per side until cooked throughout
  3. Toast bagels to desired crispiness/color
  4. Spread thin layer of butter on inside of bagels
  5. Add avocado slices to bottom bagel half
  6. Place cooked sausage patty on top of avocado slices
  7. Top with tomato slices and sprinkle with garlic salt
  8. Place top half of bagel onto sandwich with a little smoosh to keep it together
