This recipe was given to us by a dear sister from the food pantry we volunteer at each Preparation day. She sent us home with a sample to try (yummy!) with the recipe attached. What a great way to share healthy foods and recipes that help introduce others to vegan non-baking!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Peanut butter
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 Cup Chia seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Flax seeds
  • 2 Cup Granola (variety of your choice) or Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Carob chips
  • 1/4 Cup Roasted coconut

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. When ingredients are well combined roll into tablespoon size balls.
  3. Then chill in refrigerator (or winter freezer) for about 20 minutes.
  4. Then enjoy your yummy vegan energy balls.
