Ingredients

  • Prepared Pizza Crust or Fresh Pizza Dough
  • Olive, Avocado, or other Healthy Oil
  • 1 Jar Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Cup Cashew Cheese
  • Toppings of Choice, such as:
    • Fresh or Frozen Spinach
    • Bell Peppers
    • Vegan Sausage or Crumbles
    • Onions (Green or White)
    • Leeks
    • Olives
    • Artichokes
    • Palm Hearts
    • Mushrooms

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F or appropriate temperature for chosen crust
  2. Place prepared or fresh dough onto pizza pan
  3. Lightly brush crust with oil being sure to coat edges
  4. Spoon and smooth pizza sauce to evenly cover crust
  5. Dollop cashew cheese onto sauce
  6. Add toppings and place in oven for 10-12 minutes (depending on type of crust used and desired doneness)
  7. Let pizza cool for 1-5 minutes before slicing
