Ingredients
- Prepared Pizza Crust or Fresh Pizza Dough
- Olive, Avocado, or other Healthy Oil
- 1 Jar Pizza Sauce
- 1 Cup Cashew Cheese
- Toppings of Choice, such as:
- Fresh or Frozen Spinach
- Bell Peppers
- Vegan Sausage or Crumbles
- Onions (Green or White)
- Leeks
- Olives
- Artichokes
- Palm Hearts
- Mushrooms
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 F or appropriate temperature for chosen crust
- Place prepared or fresh dough onto pizza pan
- Lightly brush crust with oil being sure to coat edges
- Spoon and smooth pizza sauce to evenly cover crust
- Dollop cashew cheese onto sauce
- Add toppings and place in oven for 10-12 minutes (depending on type of crust used and desired doneness)
- Let pizza cool for 1-5 minutes before slicing
